Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do when using eComPRO. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all merchants, team members, and stores on the platform.
2. Prohibited products and content
You may not use the Service to offer, sell, or promote:
- anything illegal in the merchant's or the customer's location;
- weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, or controlled substances;
- counterfeit goods or anything that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- adult sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material;
- stolen goods, or items you are not authorised to sell;
- hazardous, recalled, or restricted products sold without the required authorisation.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not:
- engage in fraud, deception, or misleading cash-on-delivery practices;
- place or generate fake, fraudulent, or test orders to abuse the platform or its fees;
- attempt to avoid or under-report fees owed to eComPRO;
- send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- launder money or finance illegal activity;
- harvest data or scrape the Service without permission.
4. Security and fair use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; bypass security or rate limits; or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
5. Consequences of violations
If you violate this policy, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, warn you, remove content, limit or suspend features, suspend or terminate your account, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe a store or user on eComPRO is violating this policy, please report it to support@ecompro.shop with as much detail as you can.
