Refund & Cancellation

1. What this policy covers
This policy covers fees you pay to eComPRO for using the platform — your subscription and pay-as-you-sell fees. It does not cover orders that your customers place on your store; those are handled by you (see section 6).
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current period are not refunded for the unused time after you cancel.
3. Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated by our payment processor. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
4. Pay-as-you-sell fees
On the pay-as-you-sell option, a fee of 0.25% is charged per delivered order. These fees are earned as orders are delivered and are non-refundable once incurred, except where required by law.
5. Refunds for platform fees
Platform fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate or incorrect charge — contact us at support@ecompro.shop within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith and correct genuine billing errors.
6. Orders, returns, and your customers
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for products your customers buy on your store are entirely your responsibility as the seller, under your own store policy and applicable consumer law.
eComPRO is not a party to those transactions, does not hold your customers' funds, and does not process refunds to your customers. For cash-on-delivery orders, any money is handled directly between you, your carrier, and your customer.
7. How to cancel or request a review
To cancel, open your dashboard and manage your subscription there. To request a billing review or ask a question, contact support@ecompro.shop with your account details and a description of the issue.
